Ingredients:

1 ounce carrier oil such as sweet almond 
15 drops Clary Sage 
10 drops Lemon 
5 drops Lavender 

Directions: Mix the oils well. Massage gently into the feet. The feet have the most pores in the body.  As a foot massage can also aid stress relief in and of itself, this is a great combination.
